Booked here to try it out and I'd accidentally booked in for the wrong treatment. The girl explained this and instead of turning me away still attempted to fit me in with what I wanted done to an extent which was very nice. Although I wasn't explained to that this would cost more than my initial booking until I was going to pay (of course I suspected it but would have been nice to have been told beforehand). The girl who done my hair kept disappearing without explanation and left me at the backwash for a good 10 minutes as she went through the back with another client. I wouldn't have minded if she had let me know but she just left.. My hair ended up then a colour that I wasn't expecting and therefore wasn't very happy but hoped with a few washes it would get to where I want and its slowly getting there. I also didn't enjoy that I was passed between someone to colour my hair then someone different to cut my hair. I prefer if its always the same person since they know what you wanted from the start. It was expensive for what I got and I don't plan on ever going back.
