I booked my hair and make up appointment last minute as I had been let down elsewhere. I’m now really glad that happened, as I had a great experience at the Vault and was really happy with my make up and hair (pin curls). Both lasted all day from 9am for a wedding even the next day my hair was still curly. The staff were lovely and friendly, I enjoyed a nice cuppa too! Will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated salon with a really talented team. Chloe did an amazing job of my colour and Mandy cut my hair exactly how I asked and did a great job of a voluminous blow dry. Left feeling a million dollars!

I booked balayage and forced to pay £8 for it be treatment before even getting it done, but when i went to get my traetment done, I've been told that my hair is too dry and can't have the bleach and just got my root done and a toner but I have been charged as balayage for it, I'm so disappointed
