Exceptional!
I suffer from OCD and have a hard time letting people touch my hair. It’s been over a year since I last had it cut and so I really didn’t know what to expect. Suzi was brilliant - she was very professional, told me exactly what she was doing, and I didn’t feel remotely perturbed. I was honestly quite emotional seeing the final product because it was an enormous change. Will definitely be returning!
