Overbooked when I had my appointment and had to wait awhile to get in for my wax even though I had an appointment. Felt bad for the staff as they were overbooked due to a staff member falling ill as they seemed stressed. One of the staff said out loud that one woman was waiting for a Brazilian wax - some discretion on the services would be good in the future as if that was me I wouldn't want everyone in the salon knowing what I was getting waxed. Staff who did my wax was very friendly and apologetic on the overbooking; she was very nice and did a good job with the wax.

Been back to this salon again and again - never been let down. Now started getting my eyebrows done here as well as my nails. Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, good quality service. Occasionally been running late but always do their best to make it up.
Also have a good colour selection for shellac.

Great venue and lovely girl doing the waxing. She was fairly new and there were a few little errors however she was friendly and very apologetic. The room was small and very hot which is not a complaint just an observation and something which may put me off slightly in the future. The only complaint I would have is that they do not take cards only cash however this is not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Thankfully they are lovely people and allow you to run to a cash machine. Still not ideal however. I would return here again if my regular salon is not available.
