Lady was very nice, but the treatment did not meet my expectations - no hairs. I had to show the lady where did she missed hair as otherwise she would leave it.

My pedicure was done really well and I am happy with it. Kim is very good at what he does. However I would say that the issue I had was that I was not offered to be massaged by the chair for my ‘Luxury pedicure’ yet another guest was and they were also offered tea and biscuits and I did not get the same hospitality. Also the deal that shows online on treat well was misleading as it did not state ‘normal polish’ and I then had to pay £45 for gel instead of initially £28.
