I really want to leave a good review but my ‘Luxury Manicure’ was an all round bad experience. We waited for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged and then bare minimum customer service throughout. The manicure consisted of a blue gel being coated onto my hands and then having them wrapped in cling film. Then we were left for 20 minutes. I had to take it off because my skin was stinging, and I don’t have allergies or any other skin problems thank goodness. Sorry but no redeeming qualities.

The therapist was 15 minutes late, then was in a rush and didn't do the job properly. During eyebrows waxing I hot my hair pulled out multiple times.
