The room was a cut through to the staff kitchen, it had a bright strip light which the lady had turned off so it was pitch black. The bed was really wobbly, I was worried it might collapse. After about 10 mins the steamer started spitting out boiling water onto me, so she turned on the strip light (very unrelaxing to suddenly have a bright light switched on) and was then about 5 mins sorting it out outside. She was very apologetic and gave me £5 off which was good. After that all was ok but I was disappointed that there was no face mask, no eye brow plucking and just basic creams being used as well as a steamer for a bit, a very basic facial and certainly not worth the money. The only good thing was the lady who was very friendly.
