My treatment was meant to last 1hr15. It only lasted this long because I had to wait for half an hour without explaination. The staff are so busy that there is so welcome/customer service as such. I felt like my pedicure was a hassle for the therapist and she barely spoke to me the entire time. Everything was done at speed. When I asked her to complete my pedicure more thoroughly she just said no. My manicure could not have been rushed more and my manicure was chipped and the nail polish had peeled off (?!) completely within a day. Not impressed.

Sometimes slightly manic and booking system doesn't seem that effiecient as they seem to over book and then just try to squeeze everyone in - they do normally manage it but also leave people waiting for a while sometimes.
Treatments are amazing though, loads of colours to choose for for nails and last ages. Also had eyebrows done and was very happy

A perfectly good functional salon - don't expect a luxurious experience but very quick and efficient. The wax used on my eyebrows was too hot and left me with a quite obvious burn, unfortunately there wasn't much I could say to complain! I then had a really thorough pedicure and a quick manicure which the beautician did whilst I was having my toes done, so it was all over quickly. I would go back for another pedi but avoid future waxes!
