I arrived and the company didn't actually have any record of my appointment. Despite this my appointment then began 15 minutes late even though there was no other customer before me

The girl who did my nails was very nice and friendly, rest of the staff seemed rather unapproachable though, not very welcoming. Conversations were strictly not in English, which can be a bit weird, All in all good service, there is some room for improvement though

I waited around 15 min, which I wouldn't mind as such since I wasn't in hurry but it was a bit annoying that no one told me how long it will take before someone will be free. The staff could easily make the whole experience at this place much better by simply being more open and friendly and keeping the customer informed. Wax itself was ok. It just would be nice if the beautician explained a bit more about the treatment etc. On a previous occasion when I got the Hollywood wax at a different place I was warned about things like not doing sports for a few days or just general post-wax care, here the beautician did not say anything.
