I found the process a little uncomfortable and my eyes were sore by the end, however I think that is just my sensitive eyes and the nature of the process. The therapists were lovely, explained the procedure and kept checking I was ok. As I spent a lot of time alone with my eyes closed while the perm worked, it might have been nice to have some relaxing music playing or even a blanket as it was quite chilly. I loved the outcome and would definitely go back; they also do amazing pedicures!
