They overbook - every time I have an appointment I have to wait upwards of 20 minutes to be seen which is really frustrating. Happens every time without fail. It’s a shame because technically they provide a great service.

I usually love coming here and always give this place a 5 star but today was a bit negative. I came was greeted and asked to sit down. I was then called in and told the lady what I paid for on Treatwell which is what I pay all the time but today she told me the upper leg is a different price than what I paid and I was saying but this doesn’t show on Treatwell. I think today for me is have your prices correct so people know what to expect instead of them showing up and having to pay more.
