The Hollywood wax wasn’t done in sections, as I’ve had in all previous waxes; the hot wax was applied to the whole area and ripped off it one go! It was very painful and I won’t be returning for this reason. The therapist did do a very thorough job, however, so I was happy with the final result.

Even though the last lift was okay, the lady was on her phone during the treatment which was quite unprofessional. The last lift was more curled than I would’ve liked, as this was the first time getting a lash lift I would’ve liked a explanation of how the end product could look like
