DO NOT waste your time and money going here! This is now my second time going there. The first time I went there I had to wait 15 minutes for an appointment I booked and was early for, while there I had about 3 nail technicians come and go working on my nails which was extremely unprofessional and strange. These nails all fell off whilst on holiday 10 days later!!!!! One month later I had an event to attend last minute and needed to get them done at night after work, due to their late hours I thought "let's give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out again", long story short, I now had to wait 35 minutes for an appointment I made and paid for 2 days before without a mutter of an apology, whilst they attended to their "walk-in's". This place needs to heavily change their appalling customer service, lack of professionalism and realise that there are plenty other places in the area who are able to provide long last quality nails, better service and at cheaper prices.
