The salon phones on the morning of my appointment to change the time from 5pm to 1pm because the technician “wanted to leave early”. They then changed it to 1:30pm without giving me a choice. I tried to explain I was busy they didn’t seem to understand this. The technician wasn’t wearing a mask covering her nose and kept sniffing which was disconcerting. Cleanliness did not seem a priority and what should have taken 1 hour was done in 41 minutes. English was very limited. Not a good experience.
