The nail technician didn’t know what they were doing. Smudged off the paint 3/4 times by mistake and didn’t redo it properly. The end result with bubbles and creases was worse than anything I could have done at home. Eyebrows were sharpened into points when I had just asked for them to be neatened up. It will take months to regrow.

Went for a shellac manicure on Saturday, couldn't fault the service and staff were lovely. Less than 24 hours later just while in the shower 2 nails chipped. I showed a friend who gets shellac at this salon & she said the layers seemed thin and to go back. On Monday I called ahead & asked if it would be OK to come and get my nails fixed, told this was fine so walked down. When I got to the salon the staff were rude, reluctant to help and a day later my nail's chipped again. Would not go back.
