I didn’t really rate either of the services I had (the removal took ages compared to the advertised time and the paint job on the gels was rushed and doesn’t look professional). I’ve been before and had a better end result for acrylics and shellac. It was fine; a convenient location for me,the staff are nice (give advice on colours, shape etc.) for the most part but I do think the quality and attention to detail varies a lot based of how busy they are and what you’re having done.

The treatment started 15 mins late, as my hair didn’t grow the waxing was more like full lower leg and half upper leg, therefore not a full service and I already paid through treatwell, which I have mentioned, however was not given a discount or a complimentary something. Just overall service is not that great. I go there only because its close to my house, otherwise don’t really recommend for waxing.
