I was on time but had to wait 25 minutes for my treatment - no one told me the wait would be this long nor apologised. I’ve been here before and think the feel of the salon has changed for the worse, didn’t feel very clean and the wet wipes I got were dry (pointless). Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because my beautician was very good, efficient and nice.

I love their pedicures. The quality is amazing, they really put an effort in - i have a high end salon closer to my place, which offers pedicures at the same price with the Treatwell discount, but their work is really shoddy, they cut the corners big time because you don’t pay the full price. On the other hand these guys ho all nine yards discount or no discount
