One of the worst spray tans I’ve ever had sadly, as I’d previously had a great experience here. The therapist completely rushed the whole thing in probably about two minutes, and I’ve come out covered in patches with bright orange hands and feet. I flagged the patches at the time and she insisted “no it’s fine it’ll be fine.”
Worth paying more to go somewhere with a better experience, would rate a zero if I could.

Manicure itself was great but arrived to a large queue and everyone had been waiting for nearly 50 mins as they had over booked themselves. I was seen 25 mins late. Not the first time it’s happened

Was lovely but less than paid for - I booked two massages, which should have been 35mins in total - I arrived 10 mins early and they took me for my appointment 16 minutes later than the agreed time. No problem - however The massage was completed as per the original booking time - meaning I got 16 minutes less which is nearly 50%. Not the first time this has happened. Probably won’t go again :(
