I paid for full arm but the therapist told me I had only booked arm and underarm. I thought I made a mistake when booking the treatment so I went on with it. Only later I noticed that I had indeed booked and paid for full arm. I believe it was a honest mistake by the therapist and I quite like this salon. I just wanted to leave a review to alert the team so that this doesn’t happen again.
