Sadly this really wasn’t a great experience. I was kept waiting for a while and then when the beautician walked into the room for my Hollywood wax she entered whilst looking at her phone and didn’t acknowledge me and say hi for a few moments leaving me confused. Halfway through the wax, someone who I can only assume is a colleague just knocked on the door and walked in the room?! I wasn’t asked if this was ok, and it’s obviously not, and no apology after. Also not a great wax job, sorry
