Good overall experience. Was very painful manicure as girl was quite rough but otherwise fine.

The actual eyelashes are a great product and the TWO beauticians who did them were lovely however my treatment was delayed by 35 minutes and when I asked about it, I got a surly response from a guy saying 'there are only two beauticians'. I finally got into my appointment and half way through one eye, my beautician left and another took over which isn't exactly relaxing.
As I said, the actual product is great and the two ladies lovely. I would go again purely for that but the customer service isn't great. I would have at least expected a discount or an apology.

Quick & efficient - it was very busy so I ended up sat in a pedicure chair to have my fingernail polish removed, which was a little awkward - but my technician was very thorough & didn't leave my nails feeling weak & brittle!
