Quick and efficient with lots of colours to choose from. Had chosen to pay there, and was not made aware it is a cash only store. This should be better highlighted on Treatwell.

The eyebrow lady is so good. She is so kind and friendly. She doesn't just sit you down and do the treatment - she takes the time to ask how you are and make you feel comfortable. I have very sensitive skin so can sometimes find threading and waxing quite painful but she will pause to give you a little break and recover and hand you a tissue! I never feel rushed or embarrassed. The quality of the treatment is always good. I come every month and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The venue is clean and has a well organised customer service. My ombré nails have exceed any expectations! The beauty therapist is a legend, one person working constantly and impeccably. I was impressed by her light touch threading techniques.

I Booked individual hybrid lashes that cost £45 pounds. My treatment started late, and the therapist stopped twice to conduct treatment on other clients during my eyelash process. Individual lashes barely used. Cluster lashes used through. I discovered this on the day but was told no. However as they have been falling out. I have only seen cluster lashes. Not worth the money at all. Treatment lasted less than an hour, where my usual individual lash sessions are about 2hrs.
