Was lovely but less than paid for - I booked two massages, which should have been 35mins in total - I arrived 10 mins early and they took me for my appointment 16 minutes later than the agreed time. No problem - however The massage was completed as per the original booking time - meaning I got 16 minutes less which is nearly 50%. Not the first time this has happened. Probably won’t go again :(
