The waxing was great. Lovely lady who was welcoming and friendly.
The nails however were atrocious! I still have remnants of my old nail polish on my toes despite paying for a pedicure. I also paid to have my acrylic nails removed. The staff rushed the whole job - soaking and filing my nails whilst I was sat in the pedicure chair. The young man filed my nails too thin and burnt my finger.
My custom was clearly unappreciated and they rushed the whole affair doing a poor job.
