The mail technician was rough with the file and hurt me a couple of times. She wasn’t really paying attention and the final result is a bubbly
uneven gel manicure 😟 the other people getting their nails done seemed to have a better result than me so hopefully I won’t get the same
lady again.

Kim is incredible- she's really friendly and makes you feel comfortable. But most importantly the wax is almost painless, and by far the fastest I've had done. Definitely choose a hot wax over strip.
