I’ve been here a good few times even introduced my friend but something about the owner I really just don’t understand why he walks around like there’s a chip on his shoulder... customer service is LACKING. I don’t think I will be going back it’s a awful environment and not consistent! And for those who complain about waxing please check out TKO Beauty on Treatwell she’s amazing and works right opposite the shop
