End results of my gels is nice, but I ended up having 3 different therapists from start to finish. The one doing the removal and nail shaping did a poor job - my nails were left wonky and my fingers scratched by the nail file so much I have scabs), but the one who took over to paint rectified the shape.

The lady is lovely and the treatment is good and incredible value. At some spas it's £25 for eyebrow and top lip threading so £10 is great value. HOWEVER the spa could be cleaner
