First time I'd been to this salon. I booked last minute on the day, they weren't expecting me when I arrived but managed to squeeze me in. I had a shellac manicure and when he started the manicure there clearly wasn't enough of the colour left in the bottle because he was struggling to cover my nails. He found a new bottle for the second coat but the damage was already done and the finish was quite uneven and patchy. A little disappointing but hopefully just a one-off

Always love this venue - lovely staff, do everything they can to fit you in on time, even when really busy. Wasn't as happy with the shape of my nails as normal but still very happy with how long they lasted and the range of colours etc.
Only criticism is that standards do seem to vary a bit depending on who you get but none are bad, just some even better than others

I liked that the staff didn't use a drill on my nails but a file instead along with the decor and nice but casual uniform of the staff. Only thing is maybe a bit more cuticle work on a couple of nails but otherwise paint work was very neat and I was seen to and out in no time.

Nice staff- would like to have a bit more attention to detail on waxing though.
