They were very busy, and my appointment was at midday but I didnt get in til 12:40pm.. However my wax was really good. Quick, thorough and really friendly staff member!

Staff a little rude this time. Haven't been on previous occasions but they were very abrupt and seemed to be joking around with each other all the time. Nails look good but we're a little rushed, would have liked another go under the light to keep them looking good for longer.
