The CO2 facial was not available so i had to change to a "deep.clean facial". The facial was mostly me in a room alone waiting for the steamer to finish steaming my face or the mask to dry. The "deep clean" was the scrapper tool on my nose and st Ives scrub. The lady providing the service didn't explain anything, and answered my questions with one word answers. Very unsatisfied for the £50 it cost would not recommend.
