I booked in for two appointments and was really happy with my hair. However, my brows felt really rushed while people were tidying up around me to leave (despite there still being 20 mins left of my appointment when finished). The lady ripped the skin off my eyelid when waxing which I mentioned at the time and was offered no compensation just told that I had sensitive skin and not to get them waxed in future. I was left with a scab under my brow for Christmas
