The therapist talked through my facial in front of customers, said she wouldn’t be doing extraction as she didn’t want to manipulate my skin, I specifically booked that facial. I had to move down and hang off the side of the bed because the steamer didn’t reach, she told me she was going to have to destroy my eyebrow lamination because I wanted a facial, the therapist went for a cigarette mid way my appointment and didn’t wash her hands and smelt of smoke when she came back.
