I went chorlton branch by mistake instade of Sale which is the branch that l booked. They even help me with this and my treathment was with Mercan. She was so kind and quick and l will certainly be there for the next time.

The staff (Sana) were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. They were knowledgeable about the waxing process and were able to answer all of my questions, which put me at ease.
The waxing process itself was virtually painless, which was a pleasant surprise! The technician was skilled and efficient, making sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results were absolutely amazing - my skin felt silky smooth and the waxing was precise, with no missed spots or patches.
But what truly sets this salon apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable at all times.
