V was a very nice lady. However the experience was unexpected. Her salon is a small room in the back of another one. The staff told me to call her number as they thought she wasn't around. Turns out she was just servicing another customer.

Always go to Valeria for my wax she makes me feel so comfortable and does an amazing job! Also go my eyebrows done, everything is done with so much care and achieves what you want.
