Valery's small studio is convenient and tidy, however I had problems:
1) She ripped the skin under my eyebrow during the wax. This left me bleeding and with ugly scabs. Valery was so defensive- she blamed me saying it was because I use certain products (not true) and said I lied about having previous waxes.
2) She changed the treatment without my consent - I booked a wax she changed it to tint & wax
3) She tried to upsell me on other services.
TLDR: damaged my skin and blamed the customer.

Valerie was really lovely. Would have appreciated a bit more of a consultation on how I like my brows before she started. They’re a little too manicured for my personal liking and I wasn’t expecting that
