The lash lift could have been more relaxing, the way my eyes were touched was not as gentle as other experiences I’ve had. I wasn’t told what was happening at each step, I had tape put on my eyebrow/forehead to lift my eyelids which is not something I’ve experienced before, I had to ask what was happening, I also had clingfilm put on top of my lashes which again I haven’t experienced. Would be nice to chat to clients and tell them what’s happening. Lift turned out ok, not the best I’ve had.
