Pathetic experience. The employee was 1 hour late. She Did not even have the key for the parlour. Waxing was not upto satisfaction at all, so many missed spots. I had planned my day according to my appointment time slot so my day was absolutely ruined. Employee first told me she’ll be 15-20 mins late but ended up being 1 hour late, Wasn’t even there when I reached the parlour, it was locked. Ridiculous. I expect a refund.
