Horrendous experience. Half of my lashes have been singed off. They looked ok when I left, and I followed aftercare advice that I looked up as she gave me none, however the following day my eyelashes were dry, brittle and broken. When I sent pictures of my ruined eyelashes to the owner asking for a refund she responded with 🤣 & said there was nothing wrong with them and that she was 'a master'. She then threatened to put pictures up of me, which I did not consent to, if I wrote a bad review.
