good experience, had slight issue with irritation but Kinjal sorted it out quickly and nicely.
This was without a doubt the worst wax i've ever had. I've been having regular waxes for over 10 years. The appointment should have been 30 minutes, it was an hour and 15, with tiny applications of wax being applied, then slowly rubbed on in a very uncomfortable way. Then when tugged, it wasn't pulled off in one swift go so it hurt massively. On top of that the oil was too hot, and she burnt me on both legs leaving marks. She also left patches everywhere on my bikini line, didn't do half my legs
