I had a Hollywood and underarm hot wax done in 40 mins. The therapist was very friendly, professional and quick. My only issue was I was expecting to pay £29.50 but ended up paying £43.50 because I used hot wax...that should have been made clear on the app. Also they don't have a card machine so if you don't have cash you have to transfer money via online banking which added 5-7 mins to my time.
