Liked the salon decor and very clean and spacious, but I don't think very accessible for people with mobility issues as from what I had seen the rooms are on the lower level.
The electrolysis was quite painful, and halfway through the therapist did mention I could have used a topical skin numbing cream before I visited, which was a bit too late! Maybe a good idea to give client the option by adding a comment to the Treatment content on Treatwell website.
The therapist was very polite and felt very professional, although didn't explain what the treatment involved until I asked, and I wondered whether I should have received some aftercare.
All in all, I will revisit as I liked the atmosphere and the staff very professional and polite.
