Felt rushed and was the most painful wax I’ve ever had. The wax was far too hot and I have been left with bruising from the waxing which I’ve never had before. I felt uncomfortable throughout the whole experience and was close to leaving partway through. Hoping I just caught them on a bad day but I won’t be returning unfortunately.
