I got a call (they said they left a VM but hat never came through) after booking to say that actually there were no appointments at all that day. The treatwell system doesn’t work with theirs so you can’t be sure you are actually going to get an appointment! It’s a shame as have been there before and really liked it

I’ve scored everything 1 because I can’t give 0. Don’t bother booking here..turned up to be told because I booked on Treatwell I couldn’t have an appointment there isn’t any available. They did try to ring me but it was too late i’d left home and they could of rung me before. Don’t understand why you'd sign up to Treatwell if you can’t cope with it! Luckily I got an emergency appointment at Marc Daniels in Camberley and it was brilliant so I’d recommend booking there instead!

We had Amber. She was really knowledgeable about cutting naturally curly hair and made both me and my daughter feel very confident in her abilities. The cut was amazing!
