I called the salon and asked the price and the lady said the price and said when I speak to the doctor he will confirm the price. When I got to the salon I was explained as to what will happen. I asked clearly what the price is going to be and was quoted the price and told that included everything even consultation afterward. When I got to the reception to pay for my treatment I was told I had to pay extra for my cream I had not budgeted for this and was very awkward as I didn't have the money. If I was told of this I could have made a choice whether to have this treatment done. Especially when I clearly kept asking the price. I will not be visiting again as I think they are more concerned about the money than the client.

The towel was dirty that they originally gave me, they do not know how to do a deep tissue massage at all. The woman’s hair kept grazing my body as well. I felt uncomfortable and it was an awful experience overall. Not worth it at all.
