Ambreen is very professional and soft handed lady. I had excellent experience with her. I loved the environment, cleanliness of the clinic and rest staff also very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place everyone.

I visited this clinic spent over £200 for a treatment that mislead and misinformed me about the risks which Thelma the therapist pushed for me to have, which ended in the Dr causing severe injury to my eye area. They did not opologise or admit any wrong doing. They did not treat my injury but kept making me run back and forth to the clinic with the promise of treating it, rather they kept putting forth more expensive treatments to cover their own asses. The staff became arrogant dismissive cold and rude towards me every time I complained about my eye injury. They played good cop/ bad cop with my feelings caused undue stress and unhappiness as I could not go to work for 6 weeks. The Dr just abided his time everywhere by calling me to the clinic with the promise of treating me but everytime I went he wasted my time by keeping me waiting for hours and then telling me to put hot compress on it. They were mean and greedy for payment only! The Dr lied about giving me 20 minutes of post laser treatment it was less than a minute! After things go wrong they run a mile and blame the client for their mistakes. I will never use this clinic AGAIN!!
