- Didn’t check medical questioner . Had back surgery so had to tell her not to touch that area.
- Didn’t introduce herself or ask how you would like the pressure.Nor tells you to put your arms down before starting massage. Had to adjust myself.
- No head rest or hole to put your face in , so you end up with neck and shoulder pain afterwards.
- Only does half back at a time, leaving me more cold.
- Unprofessional , staff just sitting around in the front eating and knocking on the door when having treatment.
- Bed is cold. Has plastic sheet and just a paper tissue on. Told can’t have towel underneath.
- Can’t relax as they were plastic gloves so that’s all you hear.
- Only given one a small towel to put over yourself.
- Only put the heating on for 2 minutes.
- Requested another towel Was given a wet towel, was told that’s how it comes out the dryer here.
- when leaving noticed that there was no clean towels in the room , but some dirty ones on the floor and tissues Which is what she had put on me.
- complain to management didn’t even want to check the towel or the room.
- Would NOT recommend having a massage here at all. Unprofessional, not relaxing, untidy and in pain afterwards.
Not sure about other treatments.

Thank you for your treatment. I did feel tension and headaches right after the treatment however this has settled somewhat although it is still there.
