I had my first Hollywood wax here and Nona was brilliant at making me feel at ease. She explained exactly what she was going to do before the treatment began which helped reassure me on what to expect. Having Friends on in the background is a great distraction. She even saw me early as I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time which was really handy! Already booked in for my next appointment so would definitely recommend :)
