I honestly don't understand how there are so many good reviews. The staff weren't rude exactly, but they weren't welcoming either. Luckily I've had a few waxes before, but they didn't make me feel completely comfortable and were not very talkative. My appointment felt very rushed too and I noticed several hairs still present after the wax, meaning I had to shave once I arrived back home. I am glad my appointment was discounted because there is no way I would have paid the full price for such a service. It's a shame, however I will not be returning.
