I've been a regular at Velvet Wax for a couple of years now, and it's hands down the best waxing salon I've found in London. The team is always punctual, and the entire experience is incredibly professional and comfortable—never awkward. What I love most is how painless the process is, and I’ve never had issues with ingrown hairs, which can happen at other places. The salon is spotless, and the environment is so relaxed—you can chat with the lovely staff or just unwind and watch Friends.
