Have been coming here for years, the wax is usually very efficient and good value - however this appointment they were running 20-25 mins late, and so there was clearly a rush. I left with strings of wax still on me, and also (don’t know if it’s related) but for the first time ever I have what looks like a burn/graze on my skin following the wax which was super painful for hours afterwards. Hopefully it’s just an anomaly.
