This was my first Hollywood wax and the waxing itself was fine however the beautician wasn't very supportive for a first timer who didn't really know what to expect. Also the atmosphere could also have been better. They also don't trim the hair if it's too long which made the waxing a little more uncomfortable!

I frequently go to Velvet Waxing, and I always received great treatment and service.
this time there was a new beautician who did my Wax and she wasn't as delicate and as precice as Simona.
Next time I will ask to be followed by Simona, as she is great.
