I booked to come and had to sit and wait 25 mins after my slot. I asked for French nails and I wanted a sertain pattern on them but when asked she told me I wasn't allowed what I wanted plus I was ment to have a person to do nails and then another to do art but I only had one lady. My hands hurt my nails are really thick and they point upwards which is not right. Not happy.
