Arrived on time for my appointment but I was made to wait almost 50 minutes till they could begin - no apology! Strange atmosphere in the salon - employees were openly talking and complaining about customers. Nails (SNS) were ok, but upon their removal 3 weeks later there were signs of nail fungus/infection! Perhaps to do with unclean and contaminated equipment

I had an appointment booked but without being told there would be a long wait didn’t get seen for 45mins, not even to choose my nail colour. They then rushed through doing my nails and on some of them the colour is patchy.
