I have been here before and the service was good however when I went this week we were told they were running behind. Very little communication and 45 minutes later my pedicure finally started. It was more rushed than usual and less attention to detail was paid. Staff seemed tired and fedup which was understandable but they said 2 people called in sick. If this is the case I would expect it's best to phone people, tell them their appointment will be late or communicate properly/offer discount.
Having recently moved to the area I was having trouble finding a salon that delivered the quality I was used to, especially as so many salons don’t seem to do acrylics, but I’m so happy with them they are amazing, will definitely be returning!!!
