I was a tricky customer this time, asking for different nail art and having too much moisturiser on my nails beforehand (which affected the gel application a lot), but Maria was so patient and happy to restart due to my errors; she was meticulous and wanted it to be perfect for me for my upcoming date!
Her nail art was beautiful and she was so professional. I wouldn’t have anyone else do my nails now. Thanks so much for the laughs too! :-)

I booked a Hollywood wax but the therapist didn’t take all the hair out, I ended up getting at home and had to finish it myself shaving it which I was not really happy about it.

the customer service was terrible
firstly after calling me and messaging me to be on time my appointment started 15mins late.
while i was there the othe technician started vacuuming the floor. and when i complained she said that she was leaving soon and wanted to finish early.
my technician while doing my nails asked me if it's ok to leave for 5 min so she can go talk to her friend that came to visit
and when i said no, she rushed through my appointment and was visibly annoyedd
