The staff are lovely and my nails turned out really well. The only issue was that I'd booked in with Tom and when I arrived he was dealing with another client so he wasn't available for my booking. It seems pointless to have the booking system if it's not stuck to, and it's frustrating to arrive and find out the person you booked in with is dealing with another client. Apart from that I was happy with the service.

Gel Nails Manicure
Really reassuring to see all the safety/hygiene precautions being taken at Venus to ensure we are all kept virus free. Salon is clean, tidy, clients are spaced out in arrival times and socially distanced within the salon. Relaxing treatment, done to an excellent standard by Tom (as always!)
So happy to have my nails looking lovely and summery for the weekend, as a busy mum it’s a real treat! Support your local businesses during this crisis it’s the least we can do!
