The only problem is always the waiting and their lack of punctuality. Either they overbooked or take everyone who comes in through the door without an appointment and are always running late, sometimes doing 2 clients at same time. Somehow, a 30 minutes appointment always turns into 1H30 . Even 2 hours. It's very frustrating and disappointing.

My appointment was scheduled at 1.30 I waited nearly an hour until they did my nails and feet , it was bad I think they need more people to work and she went to lunch and just left me sitting there for a long time .

Great experience as usual with SNS dipping powder. Maya had some exciting ideas that she encouraged me to try and everyone has commented how great the colour and glitter looks.
