Had appointment for 12 ,had to wait 30 min for therapist .other people waiting too .think need to improve the booking system
Gel Nails Manicure
I paid £28 (as advertised) the past 3 times, for dipping with a subtle glitter effect, so was suprised when I came to pay and was told it would be £30 this time, as the glitter effect costs more. Also a bit disconcerting when the therapists started talking in Vietnamese as I was leaving the salon, making me feel they might be saying something they didn't want me to hear. But, on a positive, my nails do look great and all was well up to that point. Disappointing end to otherwise great experience.

It would be nice if they considered you as a paying client and didn’t argue with you. As the old adage : the customer is always right. Also would be appreciated if you didn’t look out of the window while filing my nails hence they ended up wonky … just a small request ?! 🤷🏽♀️
